Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. Amazon Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from December 2021. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. Replacement Vouchers will also not be provided for any reason.
2. Amazon Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
3. Amazon Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorized activity, immediately report this with all details including proof, gift voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.
4. Wall Street Finance Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
5. Wall Street Finance Ltd. can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new rules).
6. Only prize winners will be contacted.
7. Prize winners will need to share their social media handle and post about the wining on their social media handles.
8. Wall Street Finance Ltd. reserves all rights to the distribution of the gifts, and extension of contest.
9. Prizes must be collected by the customer from the closest branch office in person and pictures of the same will be taken for reference and used for promotion on pages that Wall Street Forex deem fit.
10. ID proof of the prize winner will be checked and kept for records.
11. Prizes for the contest are one iPad Mini and twelve boAt Airdopes that are to be given to winners.
12. No winner can earn more than 2 gifts.
13. Weekly winners will be drawn on Thursday and contacted individually for their prize, i.e. boAt Airdopes.
14. Only a single invoice of CAD 10,000 and above will only be considered for the draw in the offer period window for the iPad gift.
15. Mega Reward Prize i.e the iPad, will be drawn at the end of the contest via a draw system of all participants who have the below –

a) Successfully completed GIC Remittance via Wall Street Finance Ltd. network of branches or the WSFx Smart Fx App of an amount of CAD 10,000 or equivalent in the period from 1^st December, 2021 – 29^th January, 2022.

b) The participant must be successfully registered user on the WSFx Smart Fx App.

c) The participant must have his invoice of the transfer or have it sent to the team via the WSFx Smart Fx App.
