- Meeting visa requirements: Passengers with any type of Visa are now permitted to enter Dubai. Whether you have a travel visa or a business visa, you can enter the Emirati city. You can get all the pertinent visa information and other information here.
- Visa validity: All visas except the stop-over/transit visas are valid for 60 days from the date of issue until entry to the UAE. While the 48-hour and 96-hour transit visas are valid for 30 days.
- COVID-19 Regulations: With the war against the pandemic still raging, Dubai has mandated 2 RT-PCR Tests. One before departure with a validity of 96 hours from the date of the test while the other upon arrival into Dubai. These tests must be taken at ICMR Regulated/Authorised test centres. However, children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability are exempted from these tests. If you test positive upon landing, you will have to go through a 14-day isolation process in adherence to Dubai’s health regulations. Additionally, all passengers must download the COVID-19 DXB Smart App on their respective devices. It is advisable to constantly check these rules, every now and then, as rules in both countries, India and Dubai have been changing with the change in the situation of the pandemic.
- Valid return ticket: Indian passengers looking to visit Dubai on a tourist/travel visa are required to furnish a valid return ticket as well. Alongside, have all other impending documents stated by the Indian Government to ensure a secure return. Travelers also need to check the quarantine rules of their respective cities and adhere to them on return.
- Travel Insurance: A valid travel insurance is mandatory for all passengers travelling to Dubai from India.
