Roles & Responsibility

  • Timely Deliveries: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of foreign exchange products to customers across Pune.

  • Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries.

  • Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and courteous interaction with customers during deliveries, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Documentation: Maintain and manage accurate records for all deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures, handling payment collections (if applicable), and ensuring proper documentation for each transaction.

  • Cash Handling: Safely transport foreign exchange currency and handle transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and legal requirements regarding the transportation of foreign exchange and handling of cash.
